Q. How can you be sure to do a top notch job across the miles?
A. Through detailed preparation and good communication.
Our goal is to work so well with you and your families. For some locations, we'll visit the ceremony and reception site prior to our scheduled shooting time, just to make sure we are familiar with the territory.
Of course, once we are at your wedding, the story unfolding before our camera is what's significant - not the miles we've traveled. We won't leave until the story of your day is complete.

Q. After the wedding, how will our images and prints be delivered to us?
A. We ship proofing materials out within a couple weeks, usually via a tracked delivery.
In most cases you'll see your images on internet several days before your shipment arrives. All proofing shipping costs are included in our standard fee.

Q. Since you'll be flying to reach my wedding, what happens if your flight is postponed or canceled?
A. We have never missed a wedding and doesn't intend to.
But history shows that flights are occasionally canceled. To address this possibility, we have made it a policy to always travel at least one day prior to the wedding day. This works great because we want to drop by your rehearsal, anyway. And since we'll see you at the rehearsal, you'll rest assured knowing that we are in town and ready for the following day. In the unlikely event that a flight delay occurs, the extra day gives us the time needed to make other travel arrangements (at our expense).

Q. What happens if your luggage/equipment is lost during the travel?
A. Luggage delays happen. So, the essential equipment comes with us in carry-on baggage, so they never leave our sight.
Anything we check in is incidental and could easily be replaced, if needed.

Q. What will the travel fee cost?
A. We offer all inclusive destination : wedding photography packages which include all travel expenses.

Q. What does the travel fee cover?
A. The fee is designed to cover our average expenses for airfare or mileage, two nights lodging and a rental car, if needed. If our actual costs go over the amount of your travel fee, we will cover them. There are no hidden costs.

Q. If we pay for your hotel room or other travel accomodations, will the fee be less?
A. We arrange most of our accomodations. If you'd like to help me with special room rates or discount airfare tickets, we would be glad to see if they'd work out. If so, we'll adjust the travel fee to reflect the amount you've covered.
